Current Responsibility

Chris is a principal and consulting actuary of Milliman with over 20 years of actuarial consulting experience. She manages a team of actuarial consultants and analysts located in the Northeast.


Chris focuses her work on innovative and developing market areas, including insurance-linked securities and alternative capital, predictive analytics, autonomous vehicles, and risk pooling.

Her property and casualty experience also includes loss reserving, reserve variability, insurance pricing, rate filing review, risk transfer analyses, simulation modeling, capital adequacy, experience monitoring, risk financing, and risk-based examinations. She has worked with a wide range of clients including traditional property and casualty insurance companies, reinsurers, captive insurance companies, risk-retention groups, self-insurers, public entities, risk pools, and state insurance departments.

Presentations and publications

Chris is a frequent speaker on traditional actuarial topics as well as new emerging areas impacting the insurance market. She has presented for the Vermont Captive Insurance Association, Target Markets University, the International Center for Captive Insurance Education, the Association of Governmental Risk Pools, the Technology Industry Risk Forum, and Autonomous Vehicles conferences.
