Citra has more than six years of experience in the employee benefits domain in various roles.
She is responsible for performing actuarial calculations for statutory funding reports for the Ministry for Finance and providing calculation results on international and local accounting standards (PSAK 24, IAS 19, and FAS 87/158).
Citra also performs calculations to determine the liabilities and expenses of equity-based compensation in accordance with the Indonesia Statement of Financial Accounting Standard No. 53 (PSAK 53).
She also assists client in making decisions on pension plan conversion and selecting appropriate providers as financial institution pension fund plans.
