Current Responsibility

Madeline is an executive financial consultant with the Milwaukee office of Milliman. She is dedicated to analyzing the financial risks associated with issuing and servicing mortgages, mortgage guaranty insurance, and credit enhancement structures.


Madeline is a mortgage banking professional specializing in secondary and capital markets, strategic planning, and business development in the mortgage finance industry. Prior to joining Milliman, she was an executive consultant at Newbold Advisors, a financial services consulting firm. Prior to Newbold, she was vice president, capital markets and government-sponsored enterprise (GSE) relations at United Guaranty, where she led the capital markets/GSE functional area. Prior to United Guaranty, she was senior consultant at Newbold Advisors, dedicated to assisting a GSE with strategic initiatives and product development.

She was senior vice president, capital markets for Triad Guaranty Insurance Corporation, where she was responsible for capital markets and structured transactions. Madeline was also the contact for all GSE-related issues and negotiations. In 2008, she worked in the Strategic Initiatives Group and was charged with servicing loss mitigation strategies with lenders and GSEs.

Prior to joining Triad, Madeline was senior consultant with Mortgage Dynamics, Inc., specializing in risk management. Previously, she was vice president and assistant director, secondary marketing for First Advantage Mortgage Corporation in Columbia, Maryland.

She is past president of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Metropolitan Washington, D.C., and has served on the board as well as several committees for the past 20 years.

Presentations and Publications

Madeline has spoken on the topic of capital markets at various industry meetings and has authored articles for Secondary Marketing Executive and the MBA's Handbook of Secondary Marketing.
