Dave has more than 17 years of experience in qualified retirement plan operations. His expertise is in conversions, project management, and systems applications for both defined contribution and defined benefit plans. Dave consults with clients regarding the design, implementation, maintenance, and administration of various types of employee benefit plans. He has worked for a wide range of clients and plans.
Dave previously managed all assets of a Master Trust Plan that was made up of 500 clients, each with different plan provisions. Additionally, he has managed systems conversions for all the Midwest Region's clients during his tenure at Milliman.
