Louis Ng is Director of ETF Capital Markets at Milliman Financial Risk Management LLC. Louis’ responsibilities include managing OTC and exchange-traded derivative transactions on behalf of investment advisory clients. His responsibilities also include advising clients on best practices for the creation, portfolio management, and trade execution of ETFs. As part of his responsibilities, Louis focuses on capital market relationships in the ETF community including Authorized Participants, ETF Market Makers, Trading desks, and Exchange relationships. Louis is also actively involved in product development within the firm.

Experience

Louis has more than 11 years of experience in the capital markets, having previously worked for ProShares Bluefin Trading, and Ronin Capital. He was a portfolio manager at Proshares, overseeing a portfolio of 12 International ETFs and responsible for the launch of eight other ETFs. He transitioned to Bluefin Trading, where he was responsible for making markets in international, preferred equity, and commodity-linked equity ETFs, and trading local equities, bonds, currencies, futures, conversion/reversal options and other instruments to manage these books. He then moved to Ronin Capital to help build out an international and fixed income ETF desk. He has been a member of the NYSE, BATS, and the EDGE Exchanges.
