Current Responsibility

Ilina Sandler is an associate actuary with the multiemployer plan consulting practice in Milliman’s San Francisco office. She joined the firm in 2015.

Experience

Ilina has worked in the benefits industry since 2008. She specializes in providing consulting services to multiemployer health and welfare clients, including budgeting and cost projections, interactive benefit and contribution rate modeling, analyzing provider contract reviews and RFPs, and calculating IBNR claim reserves, COBRA rates, and imputed income.

Previously, Ilina consulted on defined benefit pension plans and private health care plans.
