Current Responsibility

Wendy manages the development, implementation, and installation of the MG-Triton valuation systems for new clients. She joined Milliman in 2003.


In her role as client support manager, Wendy coordinates the development and testing of custom enhancements, manages software installations, and conducts onsite training. She is responsible for managing ongoing support and maintenance for several existing MG-Triton clients, including CIGNA, New York Life, Prudential, and Hartford Life. Wendy also manages the other MG-Triton client support managers. The MG-Triton valuation systems are manufactured, distributed, and maintained by Milliman's life insurance practice.

Prior to joining Milliman, Wendy spent six years with Price Waterhouse/ PricewaterhouseCoopers in a capacity similar to her current responsibilities at Milliman. As part of these responsibilities, Wendy has managed numerous MG-Triton implementations including Citigroup, Jefferson-Pilot, Sun Life of Canada, Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, and UNUMProvident.

Wendy's prior experience includes two years as a product manager with Multidata Corporation, designing and installing producer compensation systems for the financial services industry. Wendy also spent 13 years with CIGNA Corporation in a variety of system development, customer service, and financial reporting positions. Some of her responsibilities during her tenure at CIGNA included:

  • management of the customer service and information systems departments for the Corporate Owned Life Insurance Group
  • assisting with pricing of various private placements and variable universal life products and preparing NAIC and SEC filings and investment operation plans
  • reengineering the financial reporting unit of the individual life division, resulting in implementation of the division's first local area network
  • development of medical care utilization review systems for over 2000 national managed care clients
  • preparation of quarterly financial reports, annual statement exhibits, and management information reports for the individual life division
