Current Responsibility

As manager of Milliman's Benefits Service Center, Jan supervises the staff that handles the customer service inquiries for the firm's daily valued 401(k) and pension plans. She works with the Dallas office of Milliman and joined the firm in 1999.


Jan has more than 20 years of experience in customer service and call center management. She has worked in a variety of areas managing client account relationships, training and quality teams, and call center operations. Her expertise is in human performance development and process improvement.
