Current Responsibility

Motoharu Dei is an actuary with Milliman’s New York Health Practice. He joined the firm’s Tokyo office in 2010. He consults in a wide range of areas, including healthcare, data analytics, machine learning, capital management, and valuation issues.

He provides support primarily to health insurers, pharmaceutical firms, and healthcare providers.


Motoharu Dei’s experience at Milliman includes:

  • Prescriptive and statistical analysis of medical or prescription drug costs using SAS and R
