Current Responsibility

Christine Walter is a client relationship manager for Milliman’s Employee Benefits Administration practice. She oversees the overall business relationship with her assigned clients to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Christine coordinates the efforts among operations, product development, and conversion teams to provide quality services and meet deliverables within specified timeframes. She is responsible for communicating policy changes and responding to customer needs and issues. Christine joined the firm in 1995.


Christine has more than 25 years of employee benefits experience consulting to a vast array of corporate, not-for-profit, and collectively bargained employee benefit fund clients. Her area of expertise is the administration of defined benefit pension plans. Her extensive experience includes the development and implementation of administration procedures as well as the preparation and review of plan documents, amendments, government filings, and individual benefit calculations and certifications. Christine also has experience with the preparation of IRS and PBGC filings, employee notices, and election forms for defined benefit plan terminations. In addition, Christine has worked with many major clients overseeing and managing the development of efficient and effective administration processes and procedures that can include educating and training of staff personnel.
