Rich Pavley

Rich has more than 18 years of experience in the pension benefits field. He is responsible for implementation of defined benefit plan administration systems and consulting to clients. His experience includes qualified and nonqualified pension plans for large and small employers, unions, and public sector organizations.

Prior to joining Milliman, Rich was involved with managing and developing pension administration software and outsourcing systems at a Big 5 accounting firm. His experience includes system design, program specifications, workflow, and quality assurance.

Previously, Rich was the product manager of PeopleSoft Inc.'s Defined Benefit Pension Plan Administration System, an integrated pension administration tool that is part of the PeopleSoft HRMS. Rich took part in development of Release 7.5 and managed the product through the design phase of Release 8.0 before returning to pension consulting in 1999.
