Patrick Tsai is a member of the Defined Benefit Pension Outsourcing Department with Milliman’s Employee Benefits Administration Practice. He joined the firm in 1999.
Patrick has worked in defined benefit administration since he joined Milliman. He is experienced with all aspects of benefits administration, including client conversion, peer review, interacting with third-party vendors and auditors, and providing positive client service. He is also familiar with all types of pension benefit calculations, from benefit projections to qualified domestic relations orders, and nonqualified calculations.
