Experience

Prior to joining Milliman, Maitland was a lead software developer at GE Healthcare, designing and building web and desktop applications for perinatal fetal monitoring systems, among them a mobile web application that allowed remote consultation between hospital staff and off-site physicians.

Before graduating with his bachelor's degree, Maitland also worked as a software development intern at the Michigan State University Department of Radiology, developing a tracking system for the university's Willed Body Program and at Jackson National Life Insurance with the New Business group.
