Motoharu Dei is a consultant with Milliman's Tokyo office. He joined the firm in 2010. He consults in a wide range of areas, including healthcare, data analytics, capital management, and valuation issues. He provides support primarily to life and non-life insurance companies, pharmaceutical firms, healthcare providers, and pension plans.
