Kimberly W. Guerriero
Kim Guerriero is a principal and consulting actuary with the Boston office of Milliman. She joined the firm in 2005.
Experience
Kim’s property and casualty insurance experience includes loss reserving, valuation studies, funding studies for captives and self-insureds, benchmark analyses, rate filing reviews for regulatory authorities, and expert testimony.
Kim specializes in alternative market issues. She has assisted with the formation and/or ongoing actuarial needs of many self-insurers, captive insurers, and risk retention groups. She has also worked on several 831b expert testimony projects for IRS Tax Court cases and a due diligence assignment on behalf of a prospective buyer of a captive specializing in 831b captives.
In addition to the alternative market, her clients include traditional property and casualty insurers, reinsurers, and insurance departments.
Kim has published articles in Captive Insurance Company Reports, Milliman's Insight, and Captive Review.
