Milliman presents its first annual study of employee benefit obligations among Thai companies, with the aim of reporting major trends. The study focuses specifically on postemployment, termination and other long-term employee benefits sponsored by Thai employers. This includes the Thai statutory severance benefit, long-service awards, postemployment pension plans and various other long-term benefit structures. The analysis is based on data extracted from disclosed annual reports of companies featured in the SET 50 index as of 31 December 2012.
