Medical Loss Ratio (MLR) in the Mega Reg: MLR Reporting Update

For rating periods starting July 1, 2017, or later, state Medicaid agencies (SMAs) are required to collect and report medical loss ratio (MLR) results from their managed care organizations. This report discusses specific considerations for SMAs in the development of the MLR reporting template.
