Milliman agrees in principle to acquire Eldridge Consulting, open office in Indonesia

Milliman has agreed to acquire Eldridge Consulting in Jakarta, Indonesia, thus expanding its ability to provide actuarial consulting to employers and insurers throughout Southeast Asia. Eldridge Consulting was established in 2006 and will be Milliman’s 10th office in the Asia-Pacific region.
