PPACA guidance: Full-time employee definition, 90-day waiting period

CAB 12-6: Federal regulatory agencies have explained how employers may determine which employees are considered “full-time” and, therefore,  must be offered coverage under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) and have addressed the ACA’s 90-day waiting period limitation.
