Description:
Work with consulting actuaries to develop and utilize actuarial models, analyze healthcare cost and utilization data, complete actuarial calculations, and implement software solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- Successful completion of one or more Society of Actuaries exams*
- Knowledge or training in computer programming language
- Strong organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft® Excel and Access
- Knowledge of database/statistical analysis language (SQL/SAS)
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness and aptitude for detail work

Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 DOQ
*Exams are offered every May and November. See the Society of Actuaries website ( www.soa.org). Successful completion of exam is not necessary prior to interview.
