Job description

Evaluation Associates is seeking an analyst to join our consulting team. This is an entry to mid-level position in our organization. The ideal candidate is a recent college graduate with excellent academic results and demonstrated leadership in extracurricular activities during his/her college career as well as a demonstrated interest in capital markets and investments.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • provide accurate and timely investment performance reporting, including monthly flash reports and quarterly performance spreadsheets, portfolio attribution analysis, and executive summaries
  • prepare written analyses of including executive summaries for management review
  • manage workflow and transfer of information to and from outside vendors involved in the performance calculation process
  • perform quality control checks and reconciliation on all work produced, including frequent communication with investment managers, custodians, and clients to resolve performance-related issues
  • coordinate manager search activity with research analysts and directors and consultants
  • coordinate investment strategy, asset allocation, and risk budgeting reports with senior consultants and research directors
  • assist with special projects and presentations to clients and investment managers. You will be given increasing levels of client contact as experience is gained.
  • use discretion and independent judgment to determine how to complete assigned projects

  • demonstrated initiative and ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • excellent communication, organization, and project/time management skills
