Job description

Evaluation Associates is seeking an analyst to join our research team. This position offers immediate responsibilities that will expand your knowledge and skill and leverage the impact of your education and work experience with strong potential for career and financial growth.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • manage client and consulting team expectations by delivering quality products and services
  • conduct face to face meetings with investment managers both on-site and in our offices to review and evaluate their investment capabilities
  • conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and clearly document findings and opinions
  • provide analytical support to consultants for client presentations, manager searches, and general market/investment manager inquiries
  • gather and analyze market data and write market research reports and white papers. This could include conducting research case studies, attending relevant industry conferences, meeting with industry experts, and formulating opinions.

Requirements

  • three to six years of related investment industry experience
  • project/time management skills
  • service/team orientation
  • strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills
  • MBA and/or CFA preferred or in progress
  • diversity in experience, culture, educational background, and perspective is a significant plus
