Matt is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Management with a minor in Economics. He is currently working towards the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries Qualified Pension Administrator designation and is a candidate in the Association for Investment Management and Research Chartered Financial Analyst program.

Matt has been with Milliman since 2002 and is a member of the Northeast Regional Processing Center and Investment Consulting Teams. His responsibilities include:

• Daily recordkeeping services
• Reconciliation of plan assets
• Investment analysis and review
• Retirement plan conversion and implementation
• Plan reporting and publication
• Systems setup and coding
• Database design and programming

In addition, Matt has a detailed knowledge and understanding of database design and has developed Milliman proprietary databases used by the Northeast Regional Processing Center in daily processing activities and by investment consultants nationally.
