Brian has provided consulting services to a wide range of clients, including Medicare Part D plans, health plans, state retirement systems, state transportation funds, union funds, coalitions, high-risk pools, and large employers. His consulting specialty is the prescription-drug benefit market. His experience includes understanding of prescription benefit operations, cost management, program development, and yearly benefit planning. He has proven success in prescription benefit management, strategic planning, and problem solving, as well as a successful track record of overall cost management, with an emphasis on practical and focused solutions.
