Harris is a principal and consultant in the Life and Health division of the New York office of Milliman.
 

Experience

Harris consults to financial institutions in the areas of capital management, financial, and strategic planning. He has managed the actuarial aspects of several demutualizations. Recent assignments include a variety of corporate reorganizations, such as mergers, strategic alliances, leveraged acquisitions, rehabilitations, and assumption reinsurance.
