Experience
Gerry's area of expertise is group healthcare programs, with emphasis on all forms of managed care. He has assisted clients with plan design, pricing, provider reimbursement, experience analysis, financial projections, liability estimation, GASB retiree medical projections, and Medicare/Medicaid contracting. Gerry has advised HMOs, PPOs, provider groups, state and local governments, school districts, and insurance companies.
Gerry served a four-year term as Milliman's Health Cost Guidelines manager, responsible for the production of Milliman's industry-leading healthcare pricing and underwriting tools.
