Gerry’s area of expertise is group healthcare programs, with emphasis on all forms of managed care. He has assisted clients with plan design, pricing, provider reimbursement, experience analysis, financial projections, liability estimation, GASB retiree medical projections, retiree drug subsidy attestations, and Medicare/Medicaid contracting. Gerry has advised HMOs, PPOs, provider groups, state and local governments, school districts, and insurance companies.

He has assisted Medicare Advantage plans with their bid preparation and strategic issues and has assisted PACE (Programs for Allinclusive Care for the Elderly) organizations across the country with the development of their Part D bids and other issues.

Gerry served a four-year term as Milliman’s Health Cost Guidelines manager, responsible for the production of Milliman’s industry-leading healthcare pricing and underwriting tools.
