János has 18 years experience as a non-life actuary for various global reinsurance companies, the last ten years with responsibility as Chief Actuary. His areas of expertise are pricing, reserving, and capital allocation in almost all areas of reinsurance, corporate, and structured finance. János has also been responsible for development of analysis tools, Management Information Systems, maintaining rating agency contacts, monitoring the performance of specific large deals, hedging and reinsurance, workouts, and planning and reporting.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of a major bank, and chairs the Risk Management Committee of the Board.

János is fluent in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Hungarian.
