Erin has more than 30 years of experience in the employee benefits field, working with a wide range of corporate, governmental, and multiemployer retirement plans, with a special emphasis on tax-exempt employers. She has assisted clients with retirement plan design, mergers and acquisitions, experience studies, defined benefit plan funding and expense valuations, plan terminations, and administrative compliance. Erin has also worked with nonqualified and supplemental plans for executives and postretirement medical and life insurance plans.

Erin's recent projects include:

• An asset-liability modeling project that resulted in higher expected returns for less risk.
• Complex nondiscrimination testing for a controlled group of companies with multiple defined benefit and defined contribution plans.
• Retirement plan design studies.
