Tony has been involved in a variety of property and casualty consulting assignments, including reserve analyses, ratemaking, loss projections, feasibility studies, and pro forma financial projections. In addition to multiline property and casualty insurers, clients have included captive insurers, self-insurers, risk retention groups, reinsurers, and state insurance departments.

Prior to joining Milliman, Tony spent four years in the actuarial department of a Massachusetts-based insurer. During that time, he was actively involved in the pricing activities of both personal and commercial lines.
