Current responsibility

Craig is a principal and director of Milliman’s Benefits Resource Center (BRC), a centralized technology and contact center services provider in Milliman’s Employee Benefits division.

Craig sets the strategic vision for the data center hosting, software development, and contact center teams. Craig is responsible for overall project management, operational execution, financial accountability, and organizational development of the BRC.

Craig directs teams of Project Managers, Programmers, Quality Assurance testers, and Operations Management professionals through the enhancement and support of many Milliman recordkeeping platforms.

Craig also advises Milliman’s recordkeeping operations in strategic planning and regularly advises corporate teams on firm-wide technology initiatives.

Craig has in-depth knowledge of externally facing client-centric breakthrough technologies, including:

  • Mobile applications for Android, iOS, and Windows 7 devices
  • Client communications using Microsoft Sharepoint, CRM Dynamics, and Salesforce.com
  • Social media monitoring tools
  • Technology vendor management portals
  • Microsoft SharePoint solutions
 
Presentations and publications
An acknowledged authority in his field, Craig is a frequent speaker before professional groups and technology organizations on measuring technology’s impact in organizational development. Craig has also written several nationally published articles and white papers on a variety of subjects in information technology.
