Andrea's clients include insurers, employers, and government entities. Her responsibilities for these clients have included pricing, reserving, experience analysis, and claim projections for healthcare benefits programs.

Andrea has been actively involved in Medicare Part D since its inception, supporting several large prescription drug plan (PDP) sponsors with the plan design, formulary design, and pricing of their prescription drug plans, design and pricing of employer group waiver plans on behalf of PDP sponsors, and performing retiree drug subsidy attestations for employers.

In addition, Andrea has worked with several employers who have reinsured employee benefits into their captives, primarily related to the responsibility of the independent fiduciary.
