Prior to joining Milliman, Flora worked in Towers Watson’s life insurance consulting business for five years. She has also worked in the clients market of Swiss Re, specializing in reinsurance product pricing.

She has extensive experience in embedded and appraisal valuations, M&As, Appointed Actuary work and product pricing for insurance companies in China, Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan and Thailand.

Flora has recently focused on risk and value consulting. Her experience includes a full independent market-consistent embedded value (MCEV) review for a leading insurance company in India, an MCEV dividend pricing assignment and an MCEV product benchmarking exercise for a major Hong Kong insurance company.

She has in-depth experience in financial modeling and has led the modeling team for a large multi-country M&A project. Other experience includes building complex stochastic models for a Taiwanese insurer.
