Dave is a consulting actuary with the Milwaukee office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 2006.
 

Experience

Dave's area of expertise is in personal lines property and casualty insurance, especially in ratemaking and ratemaking applications.  Dave has extensive experience in both auto and property lines.  He is experienced in all aspects of personal lines actuarial work including pricing, reserving, classification plan analysis and development, data analysis and forecasting, GLM applications, residual markets, catastrophe management, pricing the hurricane and earthquake perils, and the use of consumer credit information in personal lines rating plans.
