Leong is a consultant with the Financial Risk Management group in the Chicago office of Milliman.
Experience
While Leong has specialized in developing risk management solutions for insurance products and guarantees, he also has extensive experience in product development, financial reporting, and Mergers and Acquisitions in the variable annuity area. Leong has played a major role in the development of hedging platforms and hedging program implementations for several leading variable annuity insurers in the U.S. and international countries. He has nine years of actuarial experience in the life consulting industry.
