Chuck is an actuary with the Philadelphia office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 2001.
 

Experience

Chuck has worked with life and health insurance companies to accomplish a variety of goals. His experience includes actuarial appraisals, mergers and acquisitions, reserve valuations, product pricing, stochastic modeling, and numerous software packages. He has applied this knowledge to long-term care, life, health, and annuity products.
