Experience
Keith has designed and priced many term life, universal life, whole life, and annuity products. These products included secondary guarantees, return of premium riders, and long-term care riders. Keith has also assisted in many appraisals of life and annuity blocks of business and securitizations, completed cash-flow testing and other year-end financial work.
Keith has also worked with life insurance and annuity products in the high net worth market place. He has been actively involved in principles-based reserves.
Prior to joining Milliman, Keith was chief actuary for American States Life Insurance Company. His responsibilities included pricing UL, term, whole life, annuity, and DI products; financial reporting for statutory, tax, and GAAP reserves; and cash-flow testing. He also had responsibility for reinsurance treaties and experience studies.Affiliations
