Tim is a principal and consulting actuary with the Seattle office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 1976.
Experience
Tim's business experience spans a wide range of consulting to benefit plan sponsors. His expertise includes defined benefit and defined contribution plan design and administration, financial reporting, projections and modeling, and compliance testing, including ADP/ACP testing for 401(k). He has particular expertise with nonprofit organizations and employers in the professional services.

Tim participates regularly at meetings and conferences and is a frequent speaker on employee benefit issues.
