Lynn works primarily with group healthcare programs, and has extensive experience with commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid plans in numerous states. She provides client assistance in pricing, benefit plan design, experience analysis, provider reimbursement arrangements, claim liability estimates, and feasibility studies. Lynn has assisted HMOs, PPOs, Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans, Medicaid managed care organizations, and physician groups. In addition, Lynn has been involved in the research and development of multiple components of the Milliman Health Cost Guidelines.
