Dave has twenty years of experience in the pension benefits field. He provides advice to not-for-profit and corporate clients on their benefits programs, consulting on topics such as funding and accounting issues, plan redesign (including hybrid plan conversions), and nonqualified plans. Other areas of expertise cover post-retirement medical and life plan valuations and nondiscrimination testing. Dave has worked on a number of special projects, including defined benefit calculation systems and an annuity reserving system for a major insurer.
