Current responsibility
Mark is the managing director of Milliman IntelliScript (formerly IntelRx). IntelliScript provides online prescription histories and related software tools to insurers.
Experience
Mark joined Milliman when the firm acquired IntelRx in April of 2005. Mark had been the CEO of IntelRx since he co-founded it in 2001. Prior to IntelRx, Mark was the CEO of Infotrust, a healthcare technology and services company formed in 1995 as a subsidiary of Trustmark Insurance Company. Prior to 1995, Mark held actuarial and division financial officer roles with Trustmark and spent his first three professional years as a math professor at UCLA.
Presentations and publications
Mark is a frequent speaker at industry and professional meetings on prescription-based underwriting. In 2008, Mark was featured as an "Actuarial Pioneer" by The Actuary magazine.
