Greg has over 22 years experience as a consultant and actuary. He served as the firm's National Director of Health from 1995 to 1999.

• Greg helped an HMO develop and implement a financial turnaround strategy that improved the HMO's financial results dramatically within one year.
• Greg helped an integrated healthcare delivery system develop and implement an HMO ownership strategy. His work involved business planning and strategy development, risk modeling and assessment, and financial forecasting. He also helped the system locate and evaluate strategic partners for their venture.
• He helped a healthcare technology firm design, model, and implement an innovative approach for defined contribution health benefits.
• Greg assisted numerous provider organizations in the development of risk contracting strategies and analysis of specific contract opportunities.
