Jeff is a principal and consulting actuary with the Portland, Ore., office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 1985.
 

Experience

Jeff's area of expertise is retirement programs, including defined benefit plans, retiree medical plans, and nonqualified plans. He primarily assists corporate clients in the areas of plan design, actuarial valuations, and administration.
 

Affiliations

Jeff spent four years on Milliman's Peer Review Committee reviewing the practices and procedures of other Milliman offices.
