Andy's work on property/casualty consulting assignments includes such areas as pricing, loss and premium reserving, funding studies for risk retention groups and self-insureds, pro forma financial projections, business plan development, and product strategy. Clients include insurers, reinsurers, regulators, brokers, self-insurers, and second injury funds.

Andy's casualty actuarial career began in 1978. Prior to joining Milliman, he held senior management positions in two Massachusetts domiciled property-casualty insurers, where his responsibilities included all actuarial functions as well as such areas as planning, market research, alternative distribution, and statistical reporting.
