Current responsibility
Vince is a health actuary in the New York office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 2007 and is responsible for the delivery of health and welfare client consulting and actuarial services. He is currently the HIPAA compliance officer for the New York Metro Employee Benefits practice.
Experience
Vince has 12 years of health and employee benefit experience. His work has included managed-care product development, pricing, trend analysis, and plan design. He has worked in the public, Taft-Hartley, and private employer arenas, with a diverse client base that includes large corporations and municipalities. His experience includes:
- Plan design analysis
- Assistance in collective bargaining negotiations
- Health plan contribution rates and expense projections
- Development of FAS 106, SOP 92-6, and GASB 45 healthcare assumptions
