Jerry began his career in employee benefits consulting in 1982, directly from a large Manhattan law firm, where he specialized in corporate tax and employee benefits. Prior to that, he was the manager of projects and planning at an investment bank.

His combination of financial and legal expertise enables Jerry to provide guidance in complex consulting situations. A large portion of his caseload involves clients with controlled group corporate structures requiring creative compliance solutions. US companies with foreign ownership is another concentrated area of Jerry's practice.

In addition to his own book of clients, Jerry provides technical support to other Milliman consultants. He has years of experience negotiating with the Internal Revenue Service, Department of Labor, and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.
