Marcin specializes in life insurance. He has more than 10 years experience in the actuarial profession. Prior to joining Milliman, he worked at the Warsaw office of Ernst & Young. Before that, he was chief actuary at Aspecta and Gerling (now merged into HDI Gerling), where he was responsible for the actuarial department, product development, software development, and reinsurance.

Before joining Milliman, Marcin was involved in a wide range of projects in Poland and other Central and Eastern European markets, including Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Ukraine, and Russia. His experience covers life and P&C insurance and pension fund business, including the following:

• market analysis
