Current responsibility

Dawilla is an employee benefits consultant in the Woodland Park, New Jersey, office of Milliman. She joined the firm in 1983.
 

Experience

Dawilla has more than 30 years of experience with various aspects of employee benefits plans. Her areas of expertise include compliance, plan documentation, and government reporting and disclosure for qualified and nonqualified plans. She has expertise in both defined contribution and defined benefit volume submitter and individually designed plans. She also provides research and consulting expertise to other consultants on compliance and testing issues.

Prior to joining Milliman, Dawilla was vice president and manager of the compliance department at Sedgwick Noble Lowndes. She previously held consulting positions with Prudential Insurance Company and Sentry Life Insurance Company.
