Experience
Since 1992, Daniela has been developing actuarial expertise in various sectors of Health Care in Brazil. She has worked at the Superintendencia de Seguros Privados (SUSEP), Brazil’s insurance regulating agency; Sul América Seguros; and GA Companhia de Seguros. In 1995 she opened ACSER, the first Brazilian actuarial consulting firm specialized in analyzing health risk. Also, Daniela currently is the president of Instituto Brasileiro de Atuária (IBA) and a professor at the Universidade Unimed.
Through the years she has been performed several actuarial analyses including equity and debt financing, development of technical notes, leveraged buyouts and mergers & acquisitions of health companies, reserve analysis, preparation of financing and selling memorandums, and has delivered various presentations and proposals for clients.Education
