Bruce is a principal and consulting actuary with the Portland, Oregon, office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 1997.
 

Experience

Bruce has been working in the pension benefits field since 1990 and has assisted clients with plan design, the funding and expense of their pension plans, governmental compliance, and employee communications. He works with both qualified and nonqualified retirement plans and also assists clients with retiree medical expense.
