Experience
Bill has had significant pension and employee benefits consulting experience since beginning his career in 1981.
Bill's areas of expertise include defined benefit plan funding issues, FAS 87 expense requirements, plan redesign, and non-discrimination testing. He also has experience with FAS 106 valuations, defined contribution plans, nonqualified plans, and defined benefit plan outsourcing. Bill is an expert in the nuances of pension funding under the Pension Protection Act of 2006 and is the chairman of Milliman's Corporate Strategic Planning Group. Bill's clients include not-for-profit organizations, law firms, and corporations.Education
